By installing and using Osmomark ("the Extension"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install it.
The Extension is licensed, not sold. The free tier is licensed for personal use. Pro and Team tiers are licensed per-user. You may not redistribute, decompile (beyond what's necessary for Chrome's inspection tools), or resell the Extension.
The Extension processes all text locally. We do not collect, store, or transmit any content you read or highlight. See our Privacy Policy.
The Extension uses open-source libraries (transformers.js, compromise.js, etc.) under their respective licenses. The Extension's own source code is publicly available on GitHub for transparency.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled per Lemon Squeezy's policy (typically 14-day money-back for annual plans).
The Extension is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about highlight accuracy (especially for non-English text, heavily obfuscated pages, or images). The Deep NER model may occasionally misidentify entities — it's an AI, not a human.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension. This includes but is not limited to missed highlights, incorrect entity detection, or performance impact on resource-constrained devices.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the Extension's popup. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
